Estiuoil is a paraffin oil-based, non-systemic acaricide and insecticide with a broad spectrum of action, belonging to the group of alkane hydrocarbons. It acts mainly by asphyxiation, covering the insect’s body with a thin, impermeable oily layer that blocks the tracheal canals, preventing breathing and causing death.
Estiuoil is indicated for combating mites and mealybugs on citrus, apple, pear, peach, plum, apricot and cherry trees.
